Preventing deficiency disorders by supplying the diet with at broad-spectrum

Basic Supplement Plan

Multi-Vitamin with chelated Minerals. Iron free for post
menopausal women and men. Some vitamin formulas are designed for specific needs such as
men, women, seniors etc. These may be of extra value.

Balanced Anti-Oxidant. Containing at least A (mixed
caratenoids), C, E, selenium.

Calcium/magnesium chelate. Especially for
women. If constipation is a problem the citrate form of minerals may help.

Flax seed oil. One or two tablespoons a day. Cold pressed
and stored in the refrigerator.

A "Green Drink" .
Young barely leaves are especially beneficial. For those who do not eat enough vegetables.

However, not all supplements will be of optimum value. It should have
features consistent with latest nutritional science, and free of common allergens
including yeast, soy, milk, egg, wheat, corn and artificial coloring and preservatives.
Also, It should dissolve in the stomach within 30 minutes of ingestion, or be
encapsulated.
